This baby offers the same coverage as MAC's, but it's significantly lighter and easier to blend!

It took me a while to open this box because it's so cool, so cute, and I didn't want to throw it away. But since there have been some readers who have been asking me about this box, I decided to open it (huhuhaha).

Woot! Welcome to the review of one of my first Tarte products! OMG! I've been blogging for quite a while now and beauty obsessed even before I was formed in my mummy's tummy (lol), and I have never owned a single Tarte product (well, I had a sample lip gloss, but I don't count it LOL). Tarte's a favorite among makeup lovers because of their high performance, skin care- infused makeup products.

What I have here is one of Tarte's famous foundations from the famous range called Amazonian Clay: Amazonian Clay 12-hr. Full Coverage Foundation. This oil- absorbing foundation proves to be great for oily skin and our weather!

I was randomly browsing my own blog and came across an article I wrote in 2015 entitled 5 BEAUTY BRANDS THAT I WANT TO COME TO THE PHILIPPINES. I was inspired to write a part 2 because it's been three years since I wrote that post and I've now a long list of beauty brands that I want to see in our stores asap!

- I was expecting I'd love Aesop, but ended up loving Grown Alchemist more. GA is a natural skin care brand from Australia that's more on the luxury side; my sister-in-law gifted with me Grown Alchemist lip balm and matte balancing moisturizer, which is a huge favorite of mine: I've used up my tube in only 4 months considering I've a ton of moisturizers that I use on a regular basis just because...beauty blogger! The formula of this moisturizer provides just the right amount of moisture for my oily skin, it smells divine, no breakouts, and I think it made my skin look more plump and healthier!

Here's a review on Nivea Post Shave Balm.

THE VERDICT:

Nivea good ol' post- shave balm had a newfound fame when Nikkietutorials raved about it as one of the best primers there is. Since then, every one who's into beauty just wants to have a piece of this thing.

Nivea PH is quick to pick up on the demand and has finally brought in Nivea Post Shave Balm. I have here two: Regular and Cooling. The latter, I got months before I was sent the regular one, the one that a lot of beauty gurus have raved about. I put it on a spin yesterday and I say, this is good enough for everyday wear!
